One Residence offers a direct and transparent investment in real estate projects. On average, our projects are implemented within 12 to 24 months from project start to realisation. The durations are therefore manageable and calculable.

Investors receive regular updates and reports from One Residence and can visit the project during the construction phase. In this way, the progress of the project is documented in the best possible way for the investor in every phase by One Residence.

Transparency is essential for One Residence, because only trust creates a healthy and successful partnership.

Investors are co-partners in the project company for the respective project. One Residence takes the path of direct profit sharing after deduction of all costs, thus ensuring that neither the investor nor One Residence is disadvantaged.

Through our own property developer, we are able to realise our projects in a very price-efficient way. On the one hand, One Residence can thus ensure the quality of the entire project, on the other hand, this increases the ROI (return on investment) for the investor.
